It seems I’m in need of a laptop to do a network vulnerability assessment. I thought for a while concerning what OS to use for a tools laptop. I visited with several other security professionals about what to use. There were 3 solid options:

1. Windows

2. Linux

3. OpenBSD

So, I recently made the move to Linux. Granted it is in a virtual machine, and I tried several versions based on information from some of my old colleagues at Dell. (Thanks guys...)
